These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the Site. By using the Site, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, which also apply to your use of the Site.

4. Who Can Use the Site

The Site is directed at businesses and people in the United Kingdom. You must be aged 18 or over to submit any form through the Site. We do not represent that content on the Site is appropriate or available for use outside the UK.

5. Our Services

Leadly is a performance marketing and lead generation agency. We provide services such as lead generation, paid search and paid social, creative, SEO, CRM and nurture, out of home advertising and our Growth Studio to businesses.

The Site describes those services and lets you contact us. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance. Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract between us. Where we agree to provide services to your business, they are provided under our Terms and Conditions for Supply of Services and the Statement of Work agreed with you. If there is a conflict between those documents and these Terms, those documents take priority.

If you apply for a role through the Site or by emailing hiring@leadly.co.uk, we will handle your application as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Your Responsibilities

When using the Site you agree that:

  • the information you provide is true, accurate, complete and up to date;
  • if you submit an enquiry on behalf of a business, you are authorised to do so;
  • you will not use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, or in any way that breaches these Terms;
  • you will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer or database connected to it;
  • you will not introduce viruses, trojans, worms or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or attack the Site through a denial-of-service attack; and
  • you will not use automated tools (such as bots, scrapers or crawlers) to access, copy or extract data from the Site without our written permission.

We may suspend or withdraw your access to the Site, or decline to respond to any request, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms.

7. Information on the Site

The content on the Site is provided for general information only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You should obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of the content on the Site.

Although we make reasonable efforts to keep the information on the Site up to date, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content is accurate, complete or up to date. Any case studies or results described on the Site are examples only and are not a guarantee of future results.

8. Availability of the Site

However, we do not guarantee that the Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses. You are responsible for configuring your own technology to access the Site and should use your own virus protection software.

13. Our Liability to You

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

If you are a consumer: we are only responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We only provide the Site for domestic and private use, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

If you are a business user: to the extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties, representations or other terms which may apply to the Site or its content, whether express or implied. 15. Cookies

The Site uses cookies. Strictly necessary cookies are always set; analytics, functional and advertising cookies are only set with your consent. You can change your choices at any time using the "Consent Preferences" link on the Site. Please see our Cookie Policy for details.

16. Complaints

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the Site or our service, please contact us at hello@leadly.co.uk or write to us at the address above. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by amending this page. Please check this page each time you use the Site, as the Terms in force at that time will apply to you.

18. General

  • If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
  • If we do not insist immediately that you do anything you are required to do under these Terms, or delay in taking steps against you, that will not mean you do not have to do those things and will not prevent us taking steps against you later.
  • Only you and we have rights under these Terms. No other person has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of them.
  • We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, so if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If you are a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
